A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
When I’m not being a professional dad-joke-teller, I love helping others build their physical strength. But as a coach, what brings me the most joy is being a supporter of my clients while they boost their sense of self. I also aim to stand by my clients as they discover their community. I was a powerlifting competitor for two years and have been coaching clients for five. This is all a fancy way of saying, I love what I do and I deeply value my clients on a personal level.

WHO DO YOU HELP?
I help those who are ready for a change. I don't care if you've never stepped foot in the gym and are starting from scratch or if you have taken some time off and need to ease back into the process; you're welcome in the Wolfpack either way.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
There will be hard work, lots of laughs, and if you're lucky, Coach Sophie might even make an appearance! Coaching will always be tailored to your goals and needs; it is my goal to ensure that you feel empowered and knowledgeable through the work we do together.
