A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
When I’m not being a professional dad-joke-teller, I love helping others discover how strong and capable that they are (and have likely always been). It brings me so much joy to have the opportunity to show up as an unwavering supporter of my clients while they realize that the strength that they are fostering in the gym spill over into their every day lives in so many ways. I was a state-record holding powerlifting competitor for two years and have been coaching clients for six.
I love what I do and I deeply value my clients on a personal level.

WHO DO I HELP?
I help those who are ready for a change. I don't care if you've never stepped foot in the gym and are starting from scratch or if you have taken some time off and need to ease back into the process; you're welcome in the Wolfpack either way.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
There will be hard work, lots of laughs, and if you're lucky, Coach Sophie might even make an appearance! Coaching will always be tailored to your goals and needs; it is my goal to ensure that you feel empowered and knowledgeable through the work we do together.
