WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
I've made it my personal mission to design my programs in a way that not only get results but are sustainable long-term. That, to me, is the only way to create any real change in your body or your mind.
In our sessions, I will teach you both how to move your body and execute lifts as well as why specific movements and exercises will be beneficial to you. It is my hope that you will be armed with the knowledge and confidence to walk into any gym at any time and be able to get to work.
Hard work will be expected, but we'll have some fun while we do it.

Ashley originated from Texas, and has found her way to Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is a trainer by trade, and a powerlifter by heart. She holds the state records for squat, bench and deadlift in her weight class for the USPA.
Her passion for lifting and personal training originated from her own struggles with health and fitness. Years ago, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with blood clots in her brain. She was stuck in the hospital for an extended period of time, and worked through rehabilitation for even longer. She was told by various doctors that she would never be able to have an active lifestyle again. Ashley wasn’t going to accept this struggle as her new normal. She worked through rehabilitation, and lost fifty pounds in the process. She has turned her struggles into a passion for helping others.
When she’s not in the gym, she is spending time with her friends, or taking Sophie (the gym dog!) on hikes. It’s not unusual to see Sophie is the gym giving kisses of support and encouraging woofs!
